How to make guacamole

Do you like guacamole? Do you know how to make it? In the video, the head chef at a Mexican restaurant in London shows us how to make a proper guacamole.


a) Now, put the steps of the recipe in order.
Add lime juice to the avocados.
Chop and add the tomatoes and onions.
Mix and serve with grilled tortillas.
Mash the avocados.
Add the coriander and chopped garlic.
Remove the avocado skin and bone.
Deseed, chop and add the chillies.
Add some olive oil, a pinch of salt, Tabasco sauce and some sugar.
